Looking at all of my Mom’s beautiful artwork again I’m just finding myself in complete awe of her endless amount of talent she had.

She would tell me all my life, “Debbie, don’t worry, you’ll get there it just takes practice. Keep going I know you can do it!”
Sometimes we naturally underestimate ourselves because after failing so many times, one can only assume that we’d just “fail again”
I heard something on a show recently about a teenager who lost their mother, and the conversation was an interaction between best friends and the one friend told the kid who lost their mother, “Your Mom was your BIGGEST cheerleader!”

And during that episode, I began to cry (like every other show I cry), because it’s RELATABLE! You don’t know how much someone is cheering for you until you don’t have them anymore. When we as moms drill something into our kids head’s seemingly endlessly, until it just becomes a routine for that child, we’ve done our jobs as mothers.

Right up until my mother’s passing in December my mom said, “Debbie, I’m so so proud of you I love you so much “She was my biggest cheerleader and although the days and nights get very dark at times, I have to remember that for 51 years she poured into me that “I got this it just takes practice “. She was the best mother anyone could’ve asked for.

And with that little story, I want YOU to remember that YOU GOT THIS, whatever your experiencing or trying to master, just keep going. You may not have had your own continuous cheerleader, so I’ll cheer for you and with you!
I believe in YOU
