
Look… I know water is basically the MVP of the whole body. I know staying hydrated keeps the heart from working overtime. I know dehydration can make your blood thicker, your heart pump harder, and your energy drag like it’s stuck in dial-up internet mode.
And yet?
There are days I look up and realize I’ve had… two sips of water and a whole lot of “I’ll drink it in a minute.”
Guilty. Don’t judge me.
(Or go ahead, just drink some water while you do it.)

But here’s the grown-woman truth:
Our hearts carry us through everything. Stress, joy, grief, deadlines, raising kids, loving people who test us, and trying to show up as our best selves. The least we can do is give it what it needs to keep beating strong.
So today, I’m calling myself out with love.
And calling you in with love.
Let’s do better.
Not perfect. Just better.
One refill, one gulp, one bottle at a time.
Your heart will thank you.
Your energy will thank you.
Your whole life will feel the difference.
Now go drink some water. I’m heading to do the same. 💧💙
