Where did Eta come from!

Perhaps if the news had spent more time reporting certain things like oh I don’t know say a hurricane I would know that there was a hurricane coming tomorrow right here in Jacksonville Florida… I had no idea until today I have no emergency water no flashlights, oh but believe me I have candles LOL
